The governments claimed protection of monuments to snatch them from Muslims and destroy them through neglect under their custody. And places they wanted to protect and prosper they actively have done, whether it is Somnath temple or temples of khajurao. Here I would point towards the historic city of Delhi where I was born and brought up...having grown here I have seen this discrimination with my own eyes.
The prime lands belonging to Delhi Wakf board were all encroached by Union governments and Delhi government and government buildings and offices overnight came up.When challenged the government came up with laws to cover up their hidden agendas and finally litigation's in courts went in favor of the government occupier.
The left over Muslim/Wakf properties were eyed by VHP in Delhi and it obtained a stay from the courts in nexus with Anti-Muslim forces.So the ASI,Wakf Board,LG office all conspired in alliance with the bureaucracy to eat into the Muslim lands. Simultaneously they ensured the useful properties of Muslims never went in Muslim hands on the grounds of being ASI monument and various matters violating green laws and litigation's in the courts and powerful government bodies occupying the lands as occupiers.
Now after installing Fascist Modi government this Zionist embedded government is considering opening up Lutyen's Zone in Delhi for real estate commercial activity after DDA is saturated with no new land under it and Wakf lands too have been occupied by agencies.Why Lutyen's Zone is been considered for opening up to real estate commercial activity when same prohibitions stood against Muslim properties only to be encroached them by using green laws and then once in government possession these lands were occupied used violating green laws.
If Lutyen's Zone laws need to be reformed why do the properties under occupation of ASI laws not need reforms? How long will Muslim properties remain under illegal, unauthorized encroachment and occupation of the government agencies..?
